It was an absolutely beautiful hotel for an amazing price! The rooms were very clean and well managed. The staff was extremely helpful and always had a smile on their faces! The breakfast was delicious! We stayed there for over a week and didn't have a single problem! I will not stay anywhere else in Hanoi! Sunset Westlake is the place to stay!

The staff was friendly, helpful, courteous and spoke English. We were able to exchange US dollars for Vietnamese dong. The rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast was complimentary. Breakfast was buffet with cooked to order eggs. The neighborhood was safe to walk. The nearby lake was nice.

At first we were assigned in a room where there were two single beds. However, the bed is too small that me and my baby cannot fit in. Thus, we requested to transfer to a bigger bed, and without hesitations they transferred us. To our delight, they did not charge us more given that they gave us a better room than the previous. So we are very grateful and thankful for that.
